Where Fixed Odds are offered, if no Industry SP is declared and no price is taken, bets will be settled at the last price available with bet365. If no industry forecast/tricast is returned, forecast/tricast bets will be calculated using the last prices available with bet365.

For some of the major overseas horse races an industry SP and forecast/tricast may be declared. In these cases, if no price is taken then bets will be settled based on the industry declared SP and forecast/tricast dividends. Normal place terms will apply for Each Way betting.

The above also applies to bets placed for racing in Dubai.

If on the day of a race the surface is altered (e.g. Turf to All Weather or vice versa), then bets will stand.
